Terms and Conditions...
* Please note that once the item leaves Al Firdous Designs, we count on Australia Post and thus cannot accept liability in the event that an item is lost or damaged during the shipping process.
* If you receive an item that is damaged, please take a photo of the damage with the product in its original packaging and send it to us. We are unable to accept returns for products that have been taken out of their packaging. If it is genuine damage from the product itself (and in this we ask for your honesty inshallah), we will either refund the price of the item (excl. shipping) or gladly offer you a credit for another item. Please contact us as soon as you receive the item, if you notice a defect. Once the item is received, you have 3 business days to let us know.
* We will not accept returns for items that have stray strands of fabric around the edges of the fabric - for every design that may have these strands, a note has been put at the top of the category and thus returns will not be accepted for such items.
